General
Bridgeside Landing does offer affordable/income-restricted housing. To qualify for this program your household's gross annual income must be below the maximum gross annual income limit set by HUD and each household member must meet all requirements included in our Affordable Housing criteria. The household also must not be comprised of all full-time students within the current calendar year, with a few exceptions. We are required to verify all sources of income and all assets for your household as well as the student status for each household member to determine if you qualify. Please contact management for more details.
Rent is due the first of the month. Late fees are charged on the third day of the month. If you are struggling to pay your full rent on the first of the month, we have partnered with Flex to offer you flexibility on dates you can pay your rent.
Application fee: $55. The application fee is required for each member of the household 18 and over. Married couples may fill out a single application. All non-married adults must each fill out a separate application.
Lease Initiation Fee/Holding Fee: $199 (does not go towards security deposit and is non-refundable. Does not apply to affordable apartments.)
Security Deposit: $300 (OAC)
Parking: Each apartment comes with one covered parking space. Detached garages are available for $95 per month based on availability.
Monthly Utilities: Rocky Mountain Power (Electric), Enbridge (Gas).
Additional Utilities: ConService (Water, Trash, Sewage, Common Area Utilities. Does not apply to affordable apartments.)
We are a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time pet fee at move in of $200 along with a $400 deposit. Monthly pet rent is $45. Two pet per apartment limit. Purebred and/or any mixed form of the following breeds are restricted at our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chowchow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff Breeds, Pitbull Breeds, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids.
Ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs are not permitted. Reptiles are not allowed. Birds must be kept inside and caged. Aquariums require additional insurance coverage of $100,000 in water damage.
Assistance animals are also welcome. Please contact us for additional details.
The shortest lease that we offer is six months. We will offer a 4-13 month lease term with a rent premium (short-term leases are not available for affordable apartments). We offer an option to go to a month-to-month lease after your initial lease term, which also requires a rent premium of $150.
No, but highly recommended. An insurance wavier fee is required for all apartments. A $15 monthly charge will be applied to all market apartments. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
We are a non-smoking community.
No. A limited number of furnished apartments are offered at sister communities Liberty Crest, Liberty Sky and Liberty Blvd.
No subletting of apartments in any form is permitted.
